The role is designed to provide exposure to job evaluation, market benchmarking, annual pay and bonus processes, reporting, governance and group-wide projects.

This role offers an opportunity to build experience across multiple areas of Reward while working alongside experienced specialists.

You'll develop knowledge of job evaluation, market benchmarking, governance, pay review activity, organisational structures and improvement initiatives, creating a strong foundation for a future career in Reward.

What you'll do

Working with colleagues across HR, Finance, Payroll and the wider business, you'll help deliver key Reward activities by:

  • preparing reports and insights that support decision-making
  • contributing to salary benchmarking and external survey activity
  • coordinating job evaluation processes and maintaining governance records
  • supporting annual pay review and bonus programmes
  • assisting with projects that improve how Reward services are delivered
  • helping ensure information is accurate, complete and well managed.

What you'll need

You might currently work in HR, Payroll, Finance, Reporting, People, Analytics or another role where organisation, accuracy and problem-solving are important. Previous Reward experience is welcome but not essential.

We're looking for someone who:

  • enjoys working with information and finding solutions
  • has strong attention to detail
  • is organised and able to manage competing priorities
  • communicates effectively with different audiences
  • is keen to learn and develop new skills
  • wants to build expertise in a specialist field.

What you'll receive

  • A combined pension contribution of up to 20%.
  • Career progression and professional development opportunities.
  • 25 days' holiday rising to 28 with length of service.
  • The opportunity to sell up to five days of holiday every year.
  • The opportunity to buy up to ten days of holiday each year (subject to conditions).
  • A healthcare package that allows you to claim back healthcare costs.
  • Life assurance of up to eight times your salary.
  • The opportunity to lease a new electric car through salary sacrifice (subject to conditions).
  • Cashback and discounts from more than 3,000 retailers.
  • One paid volunteering day each year.
  • Enhanced family leave and pay arrangements.
  • Access to an interactive health and wellbeing platform.
  • Support from trained mental health first aiders.
  • A £1,000 referral fee if you recommend someone who is successfully recruited by us.
