Job summary

Reed is seeking a Senior HR Advisor (Reward Transformation) in Cardiff for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead reward initiatives, develop pay frameworks, and drive analytics to support organisational change and pay equity.

The role reports to the Reward Manager and requires expertise in job evaluation, pay structures, and ED&I in reward. Hybrid working and a competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in reward, compensation, pay structures and HR analytics.
• Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and pay framework design.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support design, review and implementation of pay and grading frameworks.
• Provide expert advice on reward policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage job evaluation activities ensuring fairness.
• Analyse reward data to support strategic decision-making.
• Produce pay gap reports and support equality initiatives.
• Benchmark reward practices against market trends.
• Deliver training to managers on reward topics.
• Contribute to reward transformation projects and programmes.
