Job summary

Channel 4 is seeking a Reward Manager in Manchester to lead the delivery of our reward strategy. You will translate priorities into practical plans and guide governance across pay and recognition practices.

You will manage the cycle of annual pay reviews, bonuses, benchmarking, role evaluation and pay gap reporting, partnering with People, Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate, timely outputs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in reward or compensation campaigns.
• Experience applying pay frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Translate reward priorities into clear operational plans and guidance.
• Lead the annual reward cycle including pay review and bonus processes.
• Collaborate with People, Payroll, Finance and Systems to deliver accurate reward activity.
• Coordinate data, modelling and analysis for pay, bonus and pay equity.
• Lead market benchmarking activities and prepare recommendations.
• Provide practical reward advice to People Partners and managers.
