Job summary

ScottishPower in Glasgow seeks a Reward Consultant to shape reward and benefits for colleagues across the UK. You will contribute to salary reviews, bonus processes and market benchmarking with data-driven insights, collaborating with HR and business leaders to drive fairness and engagement.

In the Reward team you will manage projects from planning to implementation, analyse compensation trends, support governance and continuous improvement, and participate in governance initiatives with hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience in a reward, compensation or benefits environment.
• Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into recommendations.
• Experience supporting salary, bonus or benefits review cycles.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of reward market practices and emerging trends.
• Ability to prioritise competing demands and meet tight deadlines.
• Hay Job Evaluation experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of annual reward activities including salary reviews, bonus processes and employee benefits programmes.
• Provide reward consultancy and technical expertise to business leaders and HR colleagues.
• Lead and support reward projects from planning through to implementation and analyse reward data and market trends.
