Simplyhealth is seeking a Reward Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract driven by a passion for pay, data and insightful people decisions.
Reporting to the Reward & Payroll Manager, you will shape reward frameworks, manage benchmarking, and lead pay reviews, bonus schemes and gender pay reporting while driving analytics across the workforce and supporting HRIS upgrades.
We're looking for a Reward Analyst on a 12 month fixed term to contract who is passionate about pay, data and helping make better people decisions.
Reporting to the Reward & Payroll Manager, this is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll be at the centre of everything reward; from job architecture, benchmarking and salary structures through to pay reviews, bonus schemes and gender pay reporting. You'll be the go-to expert for reward insights, helping leaders understand how we reward great talent.
Alongside compensation, you'll own key people analytics, turning workforce data into meaningful insights, trends and recommendations that shape decision-making across the business. You'll also support the evolution of our HR system as we embark on a new programme of work to upgrade our HRIS, helping us continually improve the colleague experience and how we capture and report on our data.
If you enjoy combining commercial thinking, data analysis and reward expertise, and want the opportunity to influence how an organisation approaches reward, this is a role where you'll genuinely make a difference.
You're naturally curious, analytical and commercially minded, with a strong understanding and the ability to explain how reward can drive business performance and employee engagement.
You'll bring experience in compensation, benchmarking and reward processes, alongside the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. You'll be comfortable working with, and able to give examples of, salary surveys, pay structures, job levelling and reward analysis, and be excited by the opportunity to shape and evolve our approach.
Most importantly, you'll have the energy, credibility and drive to challenge thinking, spot opportunities and help us continuously improve.
Experience with people analytics or HR systems would be advantageous, but strong reward and compensation expertise is what matters most.
We aim to keep our process straightforward and engaging, as well as fair and consistent. You'll have:
Initial Conversation - A chat with the Reward & Payroll Manager to discuss your experience and what you're looking for next.
Interview & Assessment - An opportunity to explore your reward expertise, analytical capability and approach to stakeholder management, including a practical exercise.
If you're excited by the idea of building reward frameworks, analysing market data and influencing business decisions through insight, we'd love to hear from you
