The Opportunity

We are now seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Equity and Employment tax team Join, where you'll dive into exciting projects from day one. Forget just crunching numbers-we go beyond traditional tax work, helping businesses make smarter, more strategic decisions.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with clients to solve real business challenges.
• Deliver top-tier employment tax projects with technical excellence.
• Balance compliance work with strategic advisory projects.
• Help drive business growth by managing client relationships.
• Ensure we meet the highest quality and risk management standards.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Who You Are

• Experience in equity and/or employment tax (or a passion for learning!).
• A proactive, energetic, and forward-thinking mindset.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Technical expertise with a drive to keep learning.
• Solid project management skills-meeting deadlines is your thing.
• Relevant qualifications (ATT, ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, Law, or equivalent).
• Risk-awareness and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and a client-first approach.
• A knack for problem-solving and clear communication.
• Background in professional services (a plus, but not essential!).
