Job summary

Vitality, a UK-based insurer, is hiring a Reward and Performance Analyst to turn data into insights shaping pay, performance and workforce planning. Hybrid work with 2 days in London, Stockport or Bournemouth offices.

You'll deliver salary benchmarking, support annual reward and performance cycles, and partner with HR and finance to drive fair, competitive programs using AI-enabled tooling. If you are curious, analytical and comfortable with data, technology and people strategy, this role offers

Qualifications

  • Experience in reward, people analytics, HR operations or related people-focused environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with data analysis and reporting experience.
  • Experience supporting reward, compensation or performance-related processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience producing management information and reporting for stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of salary benchmarking, market analysis or job evaluation practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using HR systems and an interest in AI to improve ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver insightful reward and performance analysis to support strategic and operational decision making.
  • Support annual salary review, bonus planning and promotion-related reward processes.
  • Maintain and analyse salary benchmarking data to ensure competitive market positioning.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and People Leaders to provide reward and performance guidance.
  • Produce reporting on pay equity, salary positioning, workforce trends and performance outcomes.
  • Support the delivery and continuous improvement of annual performance management processes.
  • Administer reward and performance systems while maintaining data integrity.
  • Contribute to governance, compliance and regulatory reporting across reward activities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reward and performance programmes through data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Leverage technology, automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and insights.

Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2days per week in the Vitality London, Stockport or Bournemouth Office. Full time hours per week.

Working across our People and Finance teams, you'll turn complex data into meaningful insight. This will help leaders make informed decisions on pay, performance and workforce planning. From supporting annual reward reviews and performance cycles to delivering market analysis and benchmarking, you'll help ensure our reward programmes continue to support both our people and our business ambitions.

  • Experience working within reward, people analytics, HR operations or a related people-focused environment
