Reward and Benefits Engagement Partner

We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Reward and Benefits Engagement Partner to join our team and elevate our colleague experience.

In this role, you will act as the go-to expert in reward, guiding managers and HR teams on all reward-related matters. Your goal will be to ensure our reward and benefits strategies not only operate smoothly but also actively boost engagement, satisfaction, and success across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Reward Manager in the daily management of reward programs.
  2. Coach and advise managers and HR colleagues to build confidence in reward practices.
  3. Develop and implement reward & benefits strategies that make a meaningful difference.
  4. Ensure processes are efficient, effective, and engaging.
