Job summary

Autoglass, part of Belron, is seeking a Reward & Benefits Advisor to join the People team. The role supports pay reviews, bonus cycles and benefits renewals, and advises on benchmarking and job evaluation to keep rewards competitive.

You will manage benefits schemes and pension arrangements, while partnering with external providers and senior leaders to drive improvements. The position is hybrid, based at Home & Priory Park, Bedford, with a focus on delivering a compelling employee experience

Qualifications

• Experience in Reward & Benefits with a hands-on approach.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel.
• Able to communicate reward concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience with benchmarking and job evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual reward activities: pay reviews, bonus processes and benefits renewals.
• Advise on pay, benchmarking and job evaluation.
• Manage and enhance employee benefit schemes (Cycle to Work, discounts, wellbeing).
• Support pension arrangements and group risk benefits administration.
• Monitor and promote the employee recognition programme; provide insights to leaders.
• Research and implement new benefits and reward initiatives to improve colleague experience.
• Build relationships with external providers for service and value.
• Support budget management, cost tracking and supplier invoicing within Reward & Pensions.

Working closely with the Head of Reward & Pensions, you'll help shape and deliver our reward, benefits and pensions agenda, ensuring our colleagues receive a competitive and engaging employee experience.
