Job summary

Lusona Consultancy (Financial) Limited is seeking a Revit Technician to join their Building Services BIM team in Motherwell. You will produce coordinated 3D BIM models and technical drawings across multiple project stages, ensuring buildability and alignment with client requirements.

The role demands strong Revit skills, BIM coordination experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD. You will collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other disciplines to deliver high-quality design information

Qualifications

• Experience as a Revit Technician or BIM Technician within consultancy/engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of Building Services engineering systems and their spatial coordination requirements.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for 2D/3D design production.
• Experience producing coordinated Building Services models from concept to detailed design.

Responsibilities

• Produce fully coordinated 3D BIM models and drawings across project stages.
• Coordinate Mechanical Building Services systems with other disciplines.
• Develop and maintain Revit and AutoCAD models to standards.
• Assist in ensuring designs are buildable and meet QA standards.
