Job summary

Baker Hicks Limited is seeking a Revit Technician – Building Services in Motherwell, Scotland. The role requires strong knowledge of Building Services engineering and BIM experience, with responsibilities including the production of coordinated design deliverables in a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in Building Services engineering.
• Experience in generating detailed design packages.
• Ability to manage time across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Produce fully co-ordinated discipline specific 3D models.
• Ensure quality of delivery for CAD drawings.
• Communicate with technicians from other disciplines.
