Job summary

Align Talent Ltd in London is seeking a BIM/Revit Technician to join a design-led studio delivering workplace, residential and mixed-use projects. You will support the BIM Manager with Revit models and documentation and help resolve modelling issues.

The role offers hybrid working, £40,000 salary, private healthcare after probation, plus flexible start times and team learning sessions.

Work with experienced designers across sectors, developing Revit content and BIM standards.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in an architectural or construction-focused environment.
Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM processes.
Experience with architectural design, drafting and coordination.
HNC/HND or higher in a construction-related subject.
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Revit qualification/exam certification.
Experience with Navisworks, ACC, AutoCAD, Enscape, InDesign, Dynamo or Rhino would also be useful but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

Support the BIM Manager with Revit models and design documentation.
Help resolve BIM, design and modelling issues.
Maintain quality and consistency across project information.
Create and manage Revit content and families.
Support clash detection and design coordination.
Keep up to date with BIM, Revit, building technology and emerging digital tools.
