Job summary

Code Resources LTD in Manchester is seeking a BIM / Revit Technician (MEP) to join a growing building services team on a hybrid basis.

You will produce coordinated 3D MEP models in Revit, collaborate with engineers, support clash detection, maintain BIM standards, and assist from concept through construction on healthcare projects.

The role offers a salary up to £45k, typical hybrid model, and clear progression within a well-structured engineering team.

Qualifications

• Experience using Revit within a building services / MEP environment (3y min).
• Understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes.
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary design team.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
