Job summary

Code Resources LTD is seeking a BIM / Revit Technician (MEP) in Manchester to join a hybrid-working team. You will produce coordinated 3D MEP models using Revit and work closely with engineers to deliver detailed design drawings across healthcare projects.

The role requires 3+ years of Revit experience in a building services environment, a good understanding of BIM workflows, and strong communication within a multi-disciplinary design team.

Qualifications

• Experience using Revit within a building services/MEP environment (≤ 3 years).
• Understanding BIM workflows and coordination processes.
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary design team.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

They are looking to recruit a currently looking to a BIM / Revit Technician to support a strong team of 40+ MEP engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and develop coordinated 3D MEP models using Revit


• Work closely with engineers to deliver detailed design drawings


• Assist with clash detection and model coordination across disciplines


• Maintain BIM standards and project documentation


• Support project delivery from concept through to construction

Requirements:

• Experience using Revit within a building services / MEP environment (3y min)
