Job summary

Recruitment Helpline Ltd invites applications for a Revit Design Engineer position in Winnersh, Wokingham. This office-based role with occasional site visits offers a salary of £40,000–£50,000 per year, depending on experience, and involves supporting 8–12 live projects with construction-stage revisions and site documentation updates.

You will revise drawings, coordinate with site teams and clients, and ensure timely delivery of accurate information using Procore.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' Revit experience on live construction projects.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to deliver accurate drawings.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience coordinating with site teams and clients is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Revise architectural, structural and building services drawings quickly and accurately, right first time.
• Turn round urgent site requests on the same or next day.
• Prioritise workload by site need and set realistic issue dates.
• Coordinate with Contracts Managers, site teams and subcontractors.
• Upload revisions to Procore and produce as-built drawings at handover.
• Visit sites 2–4 times a month.
