Architect (Permanent) - in office 4 days with 1 day WFH
£40,000 - £50,000

A central London-based architecture practice is seeking a talented architect to join its mid-sized team, to work on UK housing projects. They are a fun and focused technical-minded team, producing great design-led housing projects from conception to completion, all working in Revit.

The Role

This role is ideal for an Architect with a proven track record in housing design and delivery. The successful candidate will be passionate about tackling housing and urban challenges and rethinking how sustainable and well-thought homes are designed.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Strong design skills and a problem-solving mindset
2. A portfolio showcasing lots of UK projects, with a focus on stages 4 and 5
3. Excellent communication abilities
4. A collaborative mindset with the confidence to take initiative
5. Proficiency in Revit, with a good couple of years using it in practice
6. An out-of-the-box thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for architecture
7. Must be ARB accredited for this position and have the right to work in the UK
