Review Officer – Housing Team

Pay rate: £30 per hour

Contract role

Vitalis is recruiting for an experienced Review Officer to work in a Housing Team in Enfield.

We are seeking an experienced Review Officer with extensive housing knowledge and the ability to complete both Part 6 & 7, Housing Act 1996 reviews. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, using their own initiative. Experience in carrying out complex housing enquiries and producing well-written, legally sound decisions is essential, as is the ability to liaise with solicitors and other representatives regularly. The role is remote, but there may be occasions when attendance at our offices is required. The initial contract is for 3 months, with an urgent start needed.
