Job summary

Milton Keynes City Council is seeking a Revenues Advisor to join our Revenues and Benefits team. You will play a key role in helping residents, businesses and customers access accurate information and support on Council Tax and Business Rates.

This role includes resolving enquiries, updating records, establishing liability and providing advice that makes a real difference to people across Milton Keynes, with potential for home-based work following assessment.

We’re recruiting a Revenues Advisor to join our Revenues and Benefits team at Milton Keynes City Council.

As a Revenues Advisor, you'll play an important role in helping residents, businesses and customers access accurate information and support relating to Council Tax and Business Rates.

Every day, you'll help customers resolve enquiries, update records, establish liability and provide advice that makes a real difference to people across Milton Keynes.
