Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the revenue finance team with accurate invoicing and timely debt collection. You will help manage revenue streams through the order-to-cash process, reconciling invoices against orders and addressing missed or unpaid events.

You will assist with onboarding, ledger cleansing, remittance records and month-end reporting, while contributing to the ERP rollout planned for 2027.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to understand data and systems quickly.
• Reliable and organised, presenting self reviewed work that is accurate and delivered on time.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the sales ledger inbox, take timely action and maintain accurate filing.
• Create customer accounts and support onboarding activities.
• Cleansing debtor ledger data, updating customer details and allocating receipts.
• Respond to customer queries and support account reconciliations.
• Maintain detailed records of remittance advice, collection stages and payment timelines.
• Assist with weekly and monthly reporting, debt escalation and audit data requests.
• Support foreign bank verifications, bank allocations and related debtor accounts and invoices.
