Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a commercially astute and analytically driven Revenue Growth & BI Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract in the UK. You will blend commercial insight with data to influence pricing, trade spend, product and customer mix.

Working with Sales, Finance, Category, Marketing and Planning, you will turn complex data into actionable recommendations, using Power BI and other tools, and help shape the UK profit pool.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Growth Management, BI or related field.
• Strong Power BI and data analysis capability.
• Experience in FMCG or fast-paced consumer environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and trade performance analysis across customers and channels.
• Evaluate trade investment and promotional effectiveness and ROI.
• Monitor customer agreements, trade terms and joint business planning.
• Develop commercial reporting and BI insights to guide decisions.
