Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in the UK is seeking a Revenue Growth Manager (Finance Lead) to partner with the UK & Ireland Commercial teams, driving revenue growth, margin improvement and better commercial decision‑making.

You will lead the development and maintenance of Customer Cost & Value Models, provide financial leadership on tenders, pricing and revenue growth opportunities, and analyse volume, price, mix and margin performance to identify risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA) required.
• Strong commercial finance and revenue management experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• FMCG experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of Customer Cost & Value Models.
• Provide financial leadership on customer tenders, pricing and revenue growth opportunities.
• Analyse volume, price, mix and margin performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and commercial planning activities.
• Review customer trading agreements, promotional spend and rebates.
• Challenge and support Commercial teams to improve profitability and margin performance.
