Job description

A career without limits As the nation’s flag carrier, we take great pride in connecting Britain with the world and the world with Britain.

It’s something we’ve been doing for over 100 years, ever since we launched the world’s first international scheduled air service between London and Paris.

This originality has been in our blood since day one. It’s the spirit we share with the people that fly with us, our partners, and our colleagues.

So, whether you are a reassuring voice on the end of a phone, a smile at the door, under a wing keeping the turbines spinning or landing us gently in far-flung places, a job at British Airways is yours to make.

We know great things can happen when you’re inspired to think big and bring your ambition to work every day, which is why, at British Airways the sky is never the limit.

The role: Revenue Delivery Manager

Love turning insight into action? Thrive on making commercial decisions that deliver real results? This is an opportunity to lead a team at the heart of British Airways' commercial performance, shaping pricing and availability strategies that help maximise revenue across our global network. Every seat matters, every decision counts, and Revenue Management plays a vital role in helping us fly smarter, serve customers better, and continue investing in the future of our airline.

  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of Revenue Delivery Executives.
  • Develop pricing and availability strategies that maximise revenue across different markets and seasons.
  • Work closely with Sales, Network Planning, airline partners and Commercial teams to drive growth.
  • Test new ideas, lead revenue improvement initiatives and champion better ways of working.
  • Monitor revenue performance and turn opportunities into commercial action.
  • Influence strategic direction and support key business decisions during both day-to-day operations and major events.

What You’ll Bring To British Airways

A sharp commercial mind, strong leadership skills and a genuine curiosity about what drives performance. Comfortable working with data, confident making decisions and skilled at bringing people together around a common goal. Equally at home in the detail and the bigger picture, with the resilience and adaptability to succeed in a fast-moving environment.

Your Experience

  • Experience in a highly numerical discipline, through education or work experience.
  • A track record of commercial decision-making and delivering business results.
  • Experience leading and developing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
