Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dedicated Revenue Coordinator to join the Finance Department of one of our leading, global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. Reporting to the Revenue Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing billing and collection functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer lawyer billing and collection activities.
2. Monitor unbilled fees and outstanding accounts receivable.
3. Prepare and process high-quality invoices.
4. Handle client billing requests and follow up on payments.
5. Ensure timely and accurate billing.
6. Collaborate with senior team members.

Qualifications:

1. Previous billing experience required.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
3. Proficiency in Word and intermediate Excel skills.
4. Outstanding customer service demeanour.
