Job summary

Jobshop UK Limited is recruiting a Revenue Controller to own the sales ledger, billing and credit control for UK and overseas entities. Hybrid role with a North Dorset office, 40 hours per week, salary around £30,000 plus a performance bonus.

The role focuses on end-to-end revenue processes from quote to cash, debt collection and reconciliations, with no purchases ledger duties. Strong Excel skills and VAT knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales ledger, accounts receivable, billing or credit control.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of VAT and invoicing principles.
• Experience with Xero and multi-currency invoicing advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing across multiple entities.
• Convert sales quotes into accurate invoices with correct pricing and tax.
• Take ownership of credit control and chase overdue payments.
• Review aged debt to reduce DSOs and meet cash targets.
• Reconcile customer accounts, bank transactions and multi-currency payments.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and query resolution.
• Manage rechargeable expenses and general finance admin.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer teams.
