Job Title: Revenue Control Officer
Contract: Full Time, 38 hours per week
Roster: Covers Earlies & Lates between 05:30 and 23:30 approx

As a Revenue Control Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a vital role in making their journey positive. Your responsibilities include revenue protection, customer service, security, and information provision, often working under pressure.
You will be expected to provide high levels of information, ensure customer safety, security, wellbeing, and revenue protection, and greet customers politely and professionally at all times.
Key qualities include honesty, integrity, calmness under pressure, flexibility, adaptability, and professionalism. Due to shift times, living locally and having independent transport is essential to arrive at the station on time, especially for early shifts. Roles may involve standing for long periods and working weekends, nights, and bank holidays.
