Job summary

The Associate, OSP – Revenue Management role at EBRD in London combines analytical and technical support for management information, performance monitoring and data integrity across Banking investment activities.

You will help with internal and external reporting, develop revenue analytics and collaborate on cross‑departmental projects to improve financial decision making and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience in management information roles within blue-chip or professional organisations, working with financial and non-financial data.
• Strong experience in data mining, preferably using Cognos, Tableau and/or relational and multidimensional databases.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse reporting environments, MIS systems, pipeline and portfolio dynamics.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to analyse large datasets.
• Experience in external, shareholder, rating agency, international institution, donor-funded or structured reporting frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and contribute to annual, quarterly and monthly reporting of Bank activities to the Board, ExCom and Client Services Group.
• Produce and maintain data warehouse reports for management information and scorecard monitoring.
• Analyse Banking investment operations to support business reviews and regular reporting.
• Develop and maintain information portals that provide data, management information and analysis across the Bank.
• Contribute to forecasting processes supporting the planning cycle, including the SCF and SIP.
• Identify data integrity issues, assess impact with OSP management, apply judgement to resolve standard and moderately complex issues, and implement process improvements.
• Represent OSP in cross-departmental projects and act as a subject matter expert.
• Support Bank users with data requirements, ensuring timely delivery in line with OSP SLAs.
