Job summary

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) seeks an Associate, OSP to provide analytical and technical support across management information, performance monitoring, scorecard reporting and data integrity for Banking investment activities. Qualifications

• Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Cognos, Tableau, Power BI or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and macros.
• Strong drafting, reporting, numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly.
• Ability to work independently across standard and moderately complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and contribute to annual, quarterly and monthly reporting of Bank activities to the Board, ExCom and Client Services Group.
• Produce and maintain data warehouse reports for management information and scorecard monitoring.
• Analyse Banking investment operations to support business reviews and regular reporting.
• Develop and maintain information portals that provide data, management information and analysis across the Bank.
• Contribute to forecasting processes supporting the planning cycle, including the SCF and SIP.
• Identify data integrity issues, assess impact with OSP management, apply judgement to resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
• Represent OSP in cross-departmental projects and act as a subject matter expert.
• Support Bank users with data requirements, ensuring timely delivery in line with OSP SLAs.
