Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and process returned newspapers and magazines.
• Maintain accuracy and process returns within deadlines.
• Sort and organise returns in line with operational requirements.
• Support colleagues to ensure the returns operation runs efficiently.
• Adhere to health and safety, cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Report issues, discrepancies or damaged products promptly.
