• Ensure all returned products are handled correctly and processed within deadlines.
• Sort, organise, and prepare returns in line with operational requirements.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy when processing returns and stock.
• Work as part of a busy team to ensure the returns operation runs smoothly.
• Follow all processes to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Identify and report issues, discrepancies, or damaged products.
• Maintain health, safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping in the returns area.
• Support colleagues to achieve operational targets.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
