Job summary

Candy Hoover Group S.R.L. is seeking a Returns Operations Coordinator in the UK to provide cross-functional support to the warehouse, order desk and logistics operations. You will work closely with senior managers to drive operational excellence across the UK D2D team.

• Proven experience within a warehouse administration environment (goods in/out).
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with MS Office and familiarity with SAP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional support to the warehouse, order desk and logistics operations.
• Collaborate with the UK National Warehousing and Distribution Manager and other leaders to drive operational excellence.
• Assist in daily returns and logistics tasks to ensure timely processing and accuracy.

Job description

As a Returns Operations Coordinator, you'll provide cross functional support to the warehouse, order desk and logistics operations. Working closely with the UK National Warehousing and Distribution Manager, Supply Chain Co-ordinator, Head of OTD and 3PL warehouses, you'll help ensure operational excellence across the UK D2D team.

You'll have proven experience within a warehouse administration environment such as goods in/out and possess excellent organisational skills. You'll be proficient in MS Office and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience of using SAP is desirable but not essential.
