Rand Associates is seeking a Retrofit Coordinator to manage retrofit projects and provide technical consultancy services. The ideal candidate will be a graduate in a related discipline or have relevant industry experience, equipped with project and client management skills. Location: North West, Wirral (potential for UK wide required travel expenses and accommodation covered)
Salary: Circa 40,000 depending on skills and experience
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, or as demanded by specific projects.

About the role:
The Coordinator will be responsible for running existing and new retrofit projects on behalf of Rand Associates. This role will utilise technical and project management skills to provide clients and other key stakeholders with a professional consultancy service. The role will include client facing duties such as attendance at regular meetings and regular site visits.
The position will report directly to the Head of Net Zero and collaborate closely with the rest of the team to ensure effective project execution.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a graduate from a building surveying or construction related degree discipline looking to gain valuable experience within the industry or a candidate with previous experience within the industry as a building surveyor, domestic energy assessor or similar.
