SERT are working with a multi-discipline practise that specialise in the management of Social Housing throughout the UK. With multiple offices across England, they are a well respected, long standing business who are looking to grow significantly due to multiple contract wins.
Role Overview:This position is ideal for an experienced Retrofit Coordinator, particularly those who hold relevant industry accreditation and are familiar with leading retrofit software platforms. Professionals from surveying backgrounds, including those affiliated with RICS or CIOB, are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will support and manage retrofit projects, working remotely with the sustainability team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage retrofit projects across various locations, primarily in the Northwest of England.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects meet high standards within agreed timelines.
- Attend site visits as required to oversee progress and compliance.
- Utilise specialist software platforms including ECMK and Corelogic’s PasHub for project reporting and coordination.
- Prepare documentation and maintain records using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Participate in training and development sessions, including both internal and external opportunities.
- Provide support to other departments when needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties in writing, by phone, or in meetings.
- Adhere to organisational policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
Essential Requirements:- Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator qualification and ECMK accreditation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence (mandatory).
