Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Site Manager (Retrofit) for fixed-term work across multiple social housing retrofit projects. You’ll lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, with a strong focus on health and safety.

This role requires SMSTS, First Aid, a UK driving licence, and DBS checks; you’ll travel to sites daily and manage documentation and client relationships.

Qualifications

• SMSTS or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Valid full UK driving licence.
• DBS check may be required.
• Experience in retrofit/planned refurbishment on social housing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage site teams and resources to meet contract requirements.
• Coordinate retrofits across multiple sites with strict deadlines.
• Ensure documentation and reports are prepared on time.
• Maintain health and safety compliance on all sites.
