Job summary

Equans is seeking a Retrofit Assessor for a 12 Month FTC based in Coleshill/Birmingham area. You will perform retrofit assessments and EPCs, engage with residents to arrange visits, and ensure accurate data is captured for PAS 2030/2035 schemes with social housing clients. Travel across the West Midlands is expected.

The role requires Level 3 Retrofit Assessment, a Domestic Energy Assessor qualification, and a full UK driving licence, plus strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor with Level 3 Retrofit assessment.
• Experience in residential retrofit assessments and PAS2035 knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel in West Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Carry out retrofit assessments and EPCs for properties as part of Equans Sustainability projects.
• Contact residents, arrange site visits, capture photos and compile documentation.
• Upload documentation and lodging EPCs in the required software platform.

Job: Support Functions Admin Support Schedule: Full-Time Location: Coleshill United Kingdom Offer ID: 90789Equans is looking for a Retrofit Assessor (12 Month FTC) to join our team either in Birmingham on a permanent basis.Please note there will be travel on a daily basis in and around Birmingham with the occasional requirement to go further afield within the West Midlands.The Retrofit Assessor will complete retrofit assessments and EPC’s on addresses forming part of an Equans Sustainability project. Addresses will be already identified by our clientsWhat will you deliver?The retrofit assessor will need to contact residents to make appointments, attend site to conduct assessments and EPC’s, capturing photographic evidence, and completing agreed Equans standard documentationThe results of assessments will then need to be fed back to wider team, with uploading of documentation and required EPC lodgements completed in a timely manner.
