Argos Creative Studio within Sainsbury’s Group seeks an experienced Retoucher to elevate imagery for eCommerce, campaigns, PR and social. You will collaborate with photographers, art directors and producers to bring creative concepts to life with refined retouching, colour grading and compositing.

You’ll explore AI-powered tools and automation to improve efficiency while maintaining top-quality craft. The role emphasizes developing studio guidelines and sharing expertise across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retoucher with high-end commercial work.
• Strong eye for skin, texture, light and colour balance.
• Experience delivering across eCommerce, campaigns and social channels.
• Familiarity with AI-driven retouching workflows a plus.
