Qualifications

• Proven experience in proposition development within financial services, ideally pensions, financial advice or retirement.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCA, Consumer Duty).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Horizon scanning market to understand future regulatory change and retirement needs; define and implement retirement strategy.
• Own product specification, design and governance to ensure fair customer outcomes.
• Craft communications for advisers and employers/trustees to support new propositions.
