Morgan Latif, a B Corp certified retained search firm, seeks a growth-oriented consultant to spearhead new retained business. You will pitch, shape strategies, and convert senior stakeholders into long-term retained clients across multiple sectors.

This role emphasizes front-end growth with mentorship from founders, equity options for top performers, and a hybrid London/Leeds work model with UK-remote possibilities for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in executive search or strategic recruitment focused on new business development and account expansion
• OR 5+ years as a 360 recruiter with proven ability to pitch and win retained business
• Network and credibility in core sectors or as a functional specialist in Ops, OPEX, Supply Chain, Corporate or Commercial roles
• Strategic mindset to diagnose client needs and design tailored retained search solutions
• Resilience, drive and a founder mentality focused on client growth

Responsibilities

• Identifying & pursuing retained opportunities targeting C-suite and senior leadership mandates across core sectors (Packaging & Chemicals, Industrial Technology, MedTech, Consumer/FMCG)
• Leading strategic pitches and delivering tailored proposals that convert prospects into retained clients
• Building a portfolio of retained partnerships with multi-mandate, multi-year relationships
• Developing sector specialization to become a sought-after thought partner
• Maintaining client relationships after mandate delivery and identifying next opportunities
