Job summary

Gap Personnel requires a Warehouse Retail Assistant to support a busy client. You will serve customers, unload deliveries, stock shelves, and handle refunds and cash. The role involves maintaining store tidiness and answering inquiries throughout shifts.

Hours are 9am-5pm, five days out of seven, with weekend inclusion. Compensation is £12.71 per hour, and the role starts ASAP through December.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsively.
• Willingness to take on flexible duties as priorities change.
• Knowledge of stock control and shelf replenishment principles.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and answer queries to assist purchases.
• Unload deliveries and ensure stock is rotated and shelved.
• Stack shelves, replenish stock, and maintain clean, tidy displays.
• Answer customer questions and provide product advice.
• Process refunds and handle cash transactions when required.
