Job summary

Barnardo's is seeking a diligent Van Driver to support store deliveries and collections across our network. You will be responsible for ensuring goods reach stores safely and on time, while maintaining accurate records and handling the company vehicle with care.

The role emphasises organisation, reliability and a willingness to learn within a supportive framework that offers training and development opportunities and pension benefits.

• Ensure deliveries and collections to store networks are carried out efficiently
• Maintain careful records of vehicle usage, deliveries, and collections
• Care for and manage the company vehicle on day-to-day basis

Our Van Drivers are a vital part of the network of stores and we can't wait to bring you onto the team. You'll need to be well organised, with a can do attitude both with our customers and your colleagues alike and you will need to handle valuables and fragile items appropriately to avoid damage. You will need to be a good record keeper and you will be responsible for the day to day care of the company vehicle.
