Job summary

At TUI Kingston Upon Thames, you’ll join the Retail Team as a Travel Advisor, helping customers to choose holidays, cruises and UK breaks. You’ll be supported to become a destination expert, selling holidays and related products while delivering memorable customer experiences.

You’ll work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent service through both in-person and virtual channels.

As part of our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including weekends and bank holidays, and evenings at some of our busier stores.
