Job summary

TUI in the United Kingdom is hiring a Travel Advisor for our Nuneaton store. You will help customers choose holidays, cruises, UK breaks and added products, delivering memorable experiences that make us the best-loved holiday company.

You’ll join a welcoming Retail Team, receive training on systems, and benefit from a commission scheme, holiday discounts and a supportive culture that values development.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues with your passion while delivering a fun shopping experience
• Aim to exceed sales objectives; in Retail we call it smashing your targets
• Embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer-engaged role both face to face and virtually
• Investigate and resolve questions or complaints when things don’t go to plan
• Receive training on a variety of systems to enhance knowledge and bring memorable holidays to life for customers.
