Job summary

TUI Cruises GmbH in Dundee is hiring a Travel Advisor to help customers plan and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products. You will be supported to become a destination expert, delivering memorable holiday experiences with a customer-centric approach.

The role features varied shifts including weekends and bank holidays, with training on systems that empower you to sell and resolve queries, while enjoying a competitive starting salary and benefits package.

• If things don’t go to plan, you’ll need to be confident to actively investigate and resolve any question or complaint
• As technology advances so does TUI, you’ll receive training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers.
