Job summary

Join TUI Group in Cannock as a Travel Advisor, helping customers choose and book holidays, cruises and UK breaks. You’ll turn interest into sales, delivering memorable holiday experiences in-store and online, with training on systems to support customers.

You’ll cover a varied shift pattern, including weekends and evenings, and will be supported by a culture of care and development, with a focus on targets and customer satisfaction.

• As technology advances so does TUI, you'll receive training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers.

As part of our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you'll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including weekends and bank holidays, and evenings at some of our busier stores.
