Job summary

TUI Cruises GmbH is hiring a Travel Advisor in Manchester Fort (inside NEXT) to help customers explore holidays, cruises and UK breaks. You’ll learn destination knowledge, engage customers face-to-face and virtually, and work a shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.

You’ll be supported by training on multiple systems as you help bring memorable holidays to life and strive to exceed sales targets with a focus on great customer service.

• Participate in training on a range of systems to enhance product knowledge and customer service
