Job summary

TUI in Gateshead is hiring a Travel Advisor to help customers choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products. You’ll become a destination expert and create unforgettable holiday experiences.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern, including weekends, bank holidays and occasional evenings in our busy store, with support to develop your knowledge and progress in a customer‑focused retail role.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience in retail or service sectors.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Passion for travel and delivering great holiday experiences.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and help them choose holidays, cruises and UK breaks.
• Aim to exceed sales targets through great service.
• Adapt to changing customer needs in person and virtually.
• Resolve questions or complaints confidently and promptly.
