Job summary

TUI is hiring a Travel Advisor for the Canvey Island store. You will help customers choose and book holidays, cruises, and UK breaks while delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.

A varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, supports flexible retail scheduling. You’ll be trained on TUI’s systems to enhance product knowledge and provide personalised holiday experiences.

• Investigate and resolve questions or complaints confidently when things don’t go to plan.
• Receive training on systems to enhance knowledge and bring memorable holidays to life for customers.
