Job summary

TUI in Andover is recruiting a Travel Advisor to help customers choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and add-on products. You’ll support clients with a customer-centric approach, aiming to deliver unforgettable holiday experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern including weekends and evenings in a store setting, and you’ll be trained on systems to improve knowledge and customer service with a strong emphasis on practical selling and problem

• You'll embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer engaged role both face to face and virtually
• If things don't go to plan, you'll need to be confident to actively investigate and resolve any question or complaint
• As technology advances so does TUI, you'll receive training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers.
