The team collaborates across disciplines to define technology objectives, evaluate solution options, and develop architectural solutions that meet strategic business goals and operational requirements.

• Strong leadership skills, capable of managing teams of consultants, analysts, technologists, and third-party suppliers, with the ability to develop detailed solutions, costs, timelines, and delivery methods.
• Excellent stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and change management skills.
• Deep understanding of digital trends and challenges across industries, gained through project work, thought leadership, publications, or client recommendations.
