Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends and public holidays in the retail store.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy.
• Stay up to date on Apple products, services, purchase options and sales processes.
• Support peers by sharing knowledge and assisting in ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance in daily tasks.
• Provide customer service and support in other areas of the store as needed.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and showing curiosity to learn.
