£14.57 per hour inclusive of holiday pay ( £13.00 p/h + £1.57 = £14.57 p/h holiday pay)

We have Team Manager opportunities involving high-profile projects for leading UK grocery supermarkets & DIY chains. Responsibilities include working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions, and leading merchandising teams to high standards.

The Role

1. A typical week involves 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
2. You will lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers, executing client tasks.
3. Communicate progress and project completion to management.
4. Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
5. Shifts are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (mainly nights). You can view and accept shifts via our Field Power platform on your smartphone.
6. You will clock in and out using your smartphone through our RAS Dashboard.
7. Work locations vary across retail sites/stores, with travel depending on the shift.
8. Tasks include stock removal and replacement using client plans, adjusting shelf heights, and moving stock with roll cages and pallet trucks.
9. Travel and accommodation may be required for out-of-area work.
10. Must be able to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and have previous retail supervision or merchandising experience.
11. A methodical approach, attention to detail, manual handling skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
12. Unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights, are expected; applicants must be 18+.
